Eligibility:

  • You are eligible to return your packaging machine within 7 days of delivery.
  • Only unopened and unused machines are accepted for return. Open Box Policy:
  • We understand you may need to open the box to inspect the machine. Opened box returns will only be considered with a video recording showing the unboxing process and the condition of the machine upon arrival. This video is necessary to ensure the machine wasn’t damaged during use. Quality Check:
  • All returned machines will undergo a quality check upon arrival at our facility.
  • Machines must be in their original condition, free from any damage or signs of use, to be eligible for a full refund. Refunds:
  • If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund for the product.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned machine and verifying its condition.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Process:

1. Contact us: Before returning your machine, please contact our customer service team by email at [your email address] or phone at [your phone number] to initiate the return process and obtain an Return code.
2. Pack your machine securely: Repack the machine in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and parts.
3. Ship the machine: Ship the machine back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
4. Provide tracking information: Once you have shipped the machine, please email us the tracking information so we can track its progress.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • We cannot accept returns for used, damaged, or modified machines.
  • Custom-configured machines are not eligible for return unless a defect is identified upon arrival.
