- Unboxing Video Requirement: All customers are required to record a clear and continuous unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel. The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and the complete unpacking process without any cuts or pauses.

Any claim related to damage, missing items, incorrect product, or transit issues will only be accepted if supported by a proper unboxing video. Claims raised without video proof will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

2. Specifications and Material Policy

- Body Material Match: If the body material of the product received matches the material specified in the product description, the item is not eligible for a return. For example, if "stainless steel" is specified as the body material and you receive a product with a stainless steel body, the product cannot be returned based on material or specification concerns.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the item. Be sure to provide the unboxing video as proof.
- We will assess the damage and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

4. Return Shipping Costs

- If the return is due to an error on our part, such as incorrect item delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is initiated for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
