- You'll get another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST on a business day or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, domestic orders within India typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping Partners: We team up with reliable courier services to ensure smooth delivery across India.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
- Delivery Exceptions: Delivery times may be longer for remote areas, during peak seasons, or due to events like natural calamities, public holidays, or courier disruptions.
3. International Shipping
- Estimated Delivery: For international orders, please allow 10–20 business days for delivery from the date your order ships.
- Shipping Partners: We use trusted international shipping carriers for global deliveries.

- These charges are not included in the product price and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- We aren't responsible for delays caused by customs processes. Please check your local customs policies before ordering.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided to track your package via the international carrier’s website.
- Delivery Exceptions: International delivery times may vary due to customs, local postal efficiencies, and other uncontrollable factors.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it on our courier partner's website. If you face any issues tracking your order, please contact us.
5. Shipping Delays & Issues
- While we strive for timely delivery, we're not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, courier errors, or other unforeseen factors.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
- It's the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate and complete.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, re-shipping charges may apply.
- If you realize an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us ASAP. We'll try to correct it, but can't guarantee changes post-processing or shipping.
